The first Communication Centre opened its doors in 2000 and traveller response and use
is overwhelming. A global audience of business travellers with high value needs,
transfer passengers and young leisure travellers frequent the Communication Centre.
In the Communication Centre a wide range of services is offered to passengers. All
services are related to communication in the widest sense of the word;
The Communication Centre (Lounge 2) is an outlet of approximately 150 sqm, located on
the mezzanine level of Lounge 2, in the proximity of the Business Class lounges.
In April 2004 a second Communication Centre opened in the renovated SCHENGEN area of the
airport (Lounge 1). This Communication Centre provides for 20 Internet workstations, a
conferencing office room for multiple people (including PC, fax, printer, conferencing
telephone and copier services), a laptop bar, assisted telephone booths and a central
service counter staffed by Attingo employees.
