Our Wi-Fi service is based on the 11 Mbps 802.11b (Wi-FiTM) standard, which has been widely adopted
by leading computer and networking vendors.
To take advantage of the Wi-Fi service, you will only need a Wi-Fi (802.11b) enabled laptop and an
access code. Access codes can be purchased in on of the Communication Centres, Communication Zones,
KLM Crown Lounges or alternativly online while connected to the Wi-Fi network at the airport. To access
the service, you simply turn on your laptop, launch the Internet browser and follow the instructions on
the screen. For assistance, our Customer Care Officers are available in the Communication Centres, 7 days
