Quick Guide for Power Users (IE 5.0 and higher)
Step 1:
Configure your IP/DNS settings to automatically obtain a DHCP-delivered
IP/DNS server address.
- Go to the Network Properties control panel.
- Select "Obtain an IP address automatically".
- Select "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
Step 2:
Make sure your browser proxy settings are switched off.
- Go to the Internet options control panel
- Select “Connections”
- Click the button “LAN settings”
- Make sure that all boxes in this pane are NOT ticked
Step 3:
Scan for an Access Point (AP) using your Wireless Client Application.
- Look for the "ATTINGO" wireless network.
Step 4:
Logon to the Attingo start page.
- If your browser home page is an Intranet site, you may need to access an Internet Web page before being able to access the Attingo logon page.
Step5:
Set up your VPN session.
- Follow the guidelines set by your organisation.

Step 1:

Step 2:
Make sure your browser proxy settings are switched off.

- Select ‘General’
- Click ‘Connection Settings’
- Select ‘Direct connection to the Internet’
Step 3:
Scan for an Access Point (AP) using your Wireless Client Application.
